Ladureemacarons

My very first time trying French macaroons!! These macaroons are heavenly crispy on the outside shell and insanely soft on the inside, the ganache that is. No wonder why Laduree is so renowned for its dainties. When you chew the very first bite, there is this strong perfume, flavor and taste that invade your senses... it's been such a long time since i had a culinary orgasm. lol

I got these Laduree treasures at the Charles de Gaulle airport! When I noticed this store i was nearly jumping and screaming b/c of joy! I've always wanted to try macaroons!!
